    1. You can reach out to the Mount Sinai Data Warehouse (MSDW) for support in accessing clinical and operational data collected from Mount Sinai’s Epic Electronic Health Record. Please open a ticket using their MSDW Service Desk. For information on how to utilize EPIC for Research purposes, you can reach out to the IT Help Desk.

    1. You may contact MSDW for information on Health Economic/Billing Data. There is information on the Research Roadmap regarding the Mount Sinai Data Warehouse (MSDW).

  1. How can I link patients to my research studies on EPIC? 

    1. For information on how to link patients to research studies you may want to review the Research Roadmap’s Epic sections “Registering a New Clinical Trial Research Study” and “Linking a Patient to a Clinical Trial Research Study.” 

  2. How do I pull EMR (Electronic Medical Record) data from EPIC? 

    1. For information on how to utilize EPIC for Research purposes, you can reach out to the Mount Sinai Data Warehouse (MSDW) for support in accessing clinical and operational data collected from Mount Sinai’s Epic Electronic Health Record. Please open a ticket using their MSDW Service Desk. They will support you with any questions you may have about your inquiry.  

  3. How can I withdraw patient information from EPIC’s Slicer Dicer?
