Laboratory FAQ

CV’s & Licenses

  1. Where can the Lab Director CV's be accessed?

    1. These documents can be found in the Clinical Research Coordinator Vault under the Regulatory Binder Documents section.

  2. Where can a copy of the lab director's medical license be found?

    1. The lab does not supply the Medical License for the lab director as they are not overseeing the research account or patients; CLIA should suffice. You can inform your sponsor that the CLIA should suffice in place of the medical license as the PI (Principal Investigator) of the MSH Labs is not overseeing the research participants in your trial.

CAP/CLIA

  1. For expired or soon to expire CAP/CLIA certificates, when can the study team expect to receive the renewed document?

    1. Updated CAP/CLIA certificates are received anywhere from 60-90 days following the inspection date. Please note that once the renewed documents are available, an announcement is sent via the research list-serve and post them to the Clinical Research Coordinator Vault under the Regulatory Binder Documents.
